This tut was written Nov 30th, 2017, for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Mariel
The tube is Awesome, it is called "Cold Winter"
She comes in four colors for your tagging fun.

Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 50 black
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 57 to 75%, paste on the right and up, duplicate, mirror,
erase the wordart.
Resize element 14 to 90%, paste to the left.
Paste element 58 behind the gray building to the right and up some.
Paste element 63 at the bottom of the gray building, duplicate, move down a bit
and to the right a little.
Paste the car, element 89, between these two layers.
Paste element 10 at the bottom on the white layer to the left more.
Paste element 50 on that layer and move to the right a bit more.
Resize your tube to 50%, paste off center to the left.
Paste element 73 behind the car on the left, duplicate, mirror, resize to
75%, adjust on the right behind the car.
Resize element 90 to 75%, paste on the left below the two lighter snow white layers.
Resize element 78 and 79 to 20%, paste at the bottom of the white tree.
Resize element 71 to 20%, paste at the lower left by the packages,
duplicate, move behind the packages.
Resize element 69 to 45%, mirror, paste on the right at the bottom on the snow.
Resize element 55 to 85%, paste on the right below the car,
duplicate, mirror, move up just a little.
Paste element 62 on the mask and move to the top more.
Resize element 51 to 40%, paste below the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the dog.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Paste paper 2, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Resize element 57 to 75%, paste on the right and up, duplicate, mirror,

Resize element 14 to 90%, paste to the left.
Paste element 58 behind the gray building to the right and up some.
Paste element 63 at the bottom of the gray building, duplicate, move down a bit

Paste the car, element 89, between these two layers.
Paste element 10 at the bottom on the white layer to the left more.
Paste element 50 on that layer and move to the right a bit more.

75%, adjust on the right behind the car.

Paste element 62 on the mask and move to the top more.
Resize element 51 to 40%, paste below the tube at the bottom.
Resize element 82 to 30%, paste at the bottom by the dog.
Add any other elements you would like to add.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
