This tut was written August 19th, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.
I am using the awesome artwork of Fiodorova Maria
Tube is called "Golden Autumn"

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 88, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand, expand
by 5, paste paper 15, invert, delete, select none, move the frame and paper
to the left more.
Resize your tube to 30%, paste at the bottom of the frame.
Resize element 94 to 95%, paste below the tube on the right, be sure to
have the truck bottom hidden behind the leg.
Paste element 75 below the paper layer of the frame on the right under
the foot of the tube, erase any part showing on the left or bottom.
Resize element 99 to 25%, paste at the bottom to the right in front of the tube.
Paste element 35 below the paper layer of the frame on the lower left, duplicate,
move up to the center, duplicate again, move to the top, duplicate once more, mirror,
move down to the lower right, behind the suitcase.
Paste element 9 on the frame on the left.
Resize element 2 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste at the
top below the tree layer.
Resize element 8 to 30%, paste below the long flowers on the frame on the left.
Resize element 47 to 30%, mirror, place on the suitcase.
Paste element 92 on the paper layer of the frame, free rotate to the right, adjust.Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
Paste paper 8, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste element 88, resize to 85%, click inside with your magic wand, expand

move up to the center, duplicate again, move to the top, duplicate once more, mirror,
move down to the lower right, behind the suitcase.
Paste element 9 on the frame on the left.
Resize element 2 to 40%, free rotate to the left at 15 degrees, paste at the
top below the tree layer.
Resize element 8 to 30%, paste below the long flowers on the frame on the left.
Resize element 47 to 30%, mirror, place on the suitcase.
Paste element 92 on the paper layer of the frame, free rotate to the right, adjust.Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.
