Toadies-What Are You
Tramages-Metal Peacocks

Font of choice,  I used  Acryle Script

Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 800 x 800
Select all, add a new raster layer, paste paper 4 into selections, apply your mask,
delete, merge group.

Resize element 56 to 75%, paste, click inside with your magic wand,
expand by 5, resize paper 24 to 75%, paste, adjust how you like, invert, delete.
Duplicate your frame, being on the bottom one, apply the filter
Toadies-What Are You with both numbers on 14, move below the paper layer.

Resize your tube to 40%, mirror, place on the left on the frame.

Resize element 69 to 75%, paste on the left behind the tube.
Resize element 1 to 50%, paste on the lamp post.
Resize element 94 to 30%, paste on the post above the first leaves.
Resize element 20 to 10%, paste at the top by the light.
Resize element 66 to 30%, paste on the right at the bottom above the tube.
Resize element 77 to 25%, paste behind the suitcase on the right, duplicate, move
to the left above the tube layer.

Resize element 30 to 25%, paste on the right above the bucket, duplicate, mirror,
move behind the bucket on the left, duplicate again, move behind the tube to
the right some.

Resize element 49 to 20%, paste on the right below the wheat layer.
Resize element 48 to 10%, place on the right by the other flower, duplicate,
mirror, move back to the right with the other flowers, arrange to your liking.
Duplicate element 48 about three more times and move to the other bucket in
front of your tube and arrange how you like, erasing any stems showing over the
bucket.

Resize element 93 to 15%, place between the flowers how you like, duplicate
a few times and move to the other flowers and arrange between them and
below the bucket on the right edge.

Just play around and get the look you want.
Resize element 29 to 25%, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, flip, place at the
lower right above the suitcase.

Resize element 65 to 10%, paste by the suitcase at the bottom, duplicate
move to the left by the bucket.
Resize element 17 to 15%, duplicate a couple of times and place at the bottom.
Duplicate one of the flowers, free rotate to the left at 90 degrees, move to the bottom
below the acorns, duplicate and move down a bit more.

Resize element 84 to 80%, paste below the suitcase layer at the bottom.
Resize element 16 to 20%, place on the suitcase.
Resize element 19 to 20%, free rotate to the right at 50 degrees, place on the right
below the flowers.
Resize element 91 to 20%, move to the upper left behind the street light.
Resize element 51 to 25%, paste on the frame layer behind the suitcase and
flowers.

Add any other elements that you would like, make it your own.

Once happy with your tag, close off any background, crop your tag to make
sure there are no stray edges, merge visible, resize first.
Add your copyrights and name.

(Optional)
Take your free hand tool draw around the frame and the elements roughly,
apply the Tramage filter-Metal Peacocks, numbers on
20, 45, 30
This just gives a little highlight shading.
I drew around the frame because I didn't want it on the mask layer as much.

That's it
Hope you enjoyed doing my tut.
