This tut was written March 22nd, 2017 for those with a basic knowledge of psp.

Supplies Needed
WSL_Mask 84 HERE
Font of Choice, I used Aulyars
Drop shadow is usually V-2 H-2 Black, 50, 5, use what you prefer.
Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste grass 2 at the bottom, duplicate two or three times, arrange
to your liking.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the grass in the center.
Paste element Décor 2 behind the tube layer on the grass, add a green drop
shadow to this layer.
Paste the bench (fence it is listed as) below the element you just pasted.
Resize element Décor to 40%, paste on the left above the tube.
Paste the tree on the left below the grass layers.
Resize the fence (bench) to 90%, and place at the bottom above the tree layer.
Paste the tall grass below the fence layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the lamp to 35%, paste on the right below the fence layer.
Resize the Nest (birdhouse) to 65%, paste on the right below the fence layer.
Resize the butterfly to 25%, paste at the upper right where you like, duplicate,
resize to 70%, mirror, move back to the right, duplicate the smaller one
again, resize to 70%, paste on the birdhouse.
Resize jar 3 to 35%, paste on the right below the tube layer.
Resize the leaves to 50%, paste on the birdhouse post, duplicate twice,
move above the fence layer and place one on each end.
Resize the chick to 25%, mirror, place by the broken egg on the left.
Resize flower 4 to 25%, paste on the grass, erase a bit of the stem.
Resize flower 5 to 35%, paste below the fence layer, duplicate as many times as
you like and place how you like.
Resize flower 3 to 35%, paste on the left below the other flowers, duplicate, mirror.
Paste sparkle 2 above the tree layer, mirror, adjust.
Resize the basket to 40%, paste on the left at the bottom above the fence layer.
Resize the daisy flower to 15%, paste on the grass where you like, duplicate,
place where you like.
Open a new image 800 x 800, paste paper 3, apply your mask, delete, merge group.
Paste grass 2 at the bottom, duplicate two or three times, arrange
to your liking.
Resize your tube to 40%, paste on the grass in the center.
Paste element Décor 2 behind the tube layer on the grass, add a green drop
shadow to this layer.
Paste the bench (fence it is listed as) below the element you just pasted.
Resize element Décor to 40%, paste on the left above the tube.
Paste the tree on the left below the grass layers.
Resize the fence (bench) to 90%, and place at the bottom above the tree layer.
Paste the tall grass below the fence layer, duplicate, mirror.
Resize the lamp to 35%, paste on the right below the fence layer.

Add any other elements you would like.
Crop your tag to be sure no stray shadows are on the edges of your tag.
Once happy with it all, close off any backgrounds, merge visible.
Resize first, then add your copyrights and name.
